Copyright policy (DMCA)
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Minimized Content Inc., which operates Postila, respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its customers to do the same. We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). This policy is part of our terms of service.
1. Our designated agent
Send copyright notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:
Copyright Agent, Minimized Content Inc.Minimized Content Inc

24
Pacoima, CA 91331-2079
Phone: (818) 497-4098
Email: minimizedc@gmail.com
Email is the fastest way to reach our agent. Other abuse reports go to abuse@postila.app.
2. Reporting infringement
A notice of claimed infringement must be in writing and include:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or, for multiple works, a representative list);
- identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough information to locate it — the full Postila file URL (for example
https://cdn.postila.app/…orhttps://edge.postila.app/…) for each file; - your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
Notices that are missing these elements may not be acted on. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
3. What happens next
When we receive a valid notice we promptly disable access to the identified files and forward a copy of the notice (including the sender’s contact details) to the account holder. Files on a customer’s own bucket stop being served through Postila; the customer remains responsible for the object in their own storage.
4. Counter-notices
If your content was disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated agent a written counter-notice that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was disabled and the URL where it appeared before it was disabled;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
- your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.
We forward a valid counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the infringement, we restore access to the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.
5. Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. An account that receives three valid copyright notices within six months is terminated. Notices that were withdrawn or successfully countered do not count. We may terminate an account sooner for flagrant or wilful infringement.
6. Other abuse
To report other content that breaks our terms — including malware, phishing, or child sexual abuse material — email abuse@postila.app with the file URL. Reports of child sexual abuse material are acted on immediately and reported to NCMEC.
